It is a pose pack so no costumes. I don't recognize those outfits, but you would have to buy those separately.
It's a gen4 pose pack, so the costumes will be in the M4/V4 collections. The girl's dress looks a bit like Latin Stage to me, but I can't see enough of it to be sure.
