Quirky Issue with Genesis 3 /Michael 7 Male

Hi:

My Genesis 3/Michael 7 models always have their eyes rolled upward at zero setting; to get them to stare ahead, I have to set them at the maximum negative setting of the parameters when limited.   I cannot get the eyes to look down on the limited setting.  I can always delimit the parameters to get them to conform to the way I want, but I was wondering if there is another fix and why the eyes are not preset to stare ahead in other models.  Any input will be appreciated.  Thanks!

The eyes are supposed to stare straight ahead...

Load a fresh G3M in a just started session of Studio...go to the Parameters and on the little options drop down (looks like a piece of lined paper) select Show Hidden....then select Currently Used.  This should show if any morphs are loading...especially ones that shouldn't be.

Be aware that some of the Michael 7 / G3M poses are created with the eyes posed... but not posed using the "eyes up/down" and "eyes left/right" morphs. They're posed by selecting each eyeball separately and using the pose controls. The eyes can be posed this way and all the eye posing morphs will remain at zero; this can create problems if you start posing the eyes using the morph posing controls, as the morphs pile on top of those poses. If you're using the posing morphs to pose the eyes, be sure to select each eye individually first to see if they are actually zeroed. Does any of that make any sense? I know it can be very confusing... indecision
