Iray Converter for Generation 4 not via Connect? *solved*

Before I go opening up a ticket for this, I want to check that I'm not just going blind and/or insane (always a possibility). 

I purchased the Iray Converter for Generation 4 and can't seem to locate it in Smart Content to download via Connect. 

I've checked in "All" and in "Available" and also "Installed"

I've done a search on its name by copying and pasting the title from the store - and while I get about 600 returns (go figure) none of them are correct. 

I"ve made sure I have "filter by context" unselected. 

The "Iray Smart Converter and Advanced Skin Managers for Genesis 2" that I also purchased, are showing up in available as normal, so I can't work out WHY the one for generation 4 isn't showing ANYWHERE for me to download. (Yes, I've checked "installed" in case I had already d/led it and forgotten)

Can anyone else who owns this check to see if it's showing for you?

I'll typically search by the full product name in quotes.  See pic attached.

Sometimes when searching by the full product name doesn't work, I go to the Product Library.  If it's there, select it, right click and "Show in Smart Content".

DAMN. 

It's there. 

That is so bizarre. I had searched with the full name, but NOT in quotes. I tried Iray, Iray converter, generation 4, ....and not once did it show up. And now, hey presto, addition of quotes and it's there. :sigh:

Thank you for that. I was getting really frustrated.

Um.....where are they located in Smart content? I thought "scripts" but then, Scripts doesn't even show up on the left when I have "installed" selected.

Ah. Finally found them - under "Materials". Sheesh.
