Is Anyone Having Problems With PC+?

Earlier today I bought a couple items with PC+ had no problems everything went fine. But I just checked my account and my second coupon is missing, I don't have the PC+ proce point for the Daz originals or the PC+ items. I was just wondering, is anybody else having problems?
