Sharing face/body shape presets

Just wondering, if I was to use the G3F DAZ face/body morphs and create a face with the dials and save as a shape preset. Is it possible to share the preset that was saved with other users (granted they have the morphs also). I was showing a friend a face I did for a project and she really wants it for her G3F, but I figured I should get the specific first.
