Greetings everyone, I was hoping someone could help me, I'm looking for a building that comes with two different looks one where it looks "like it needs work" and one where it looks decent, they don't have to be sold together but they do have to be the same building :) hope someone knows of some, I seen it before but I don't remember the names of them.
Best Regards Y.

What kind of building? (and contemporary or sci-fi, etc?)
Are you looking for exterior or interior (or both)?

These any good?
Collective3D products. Look up their page. It's too bad they don't seem to be around any more.

That Amityville house is awesome!
EDIT: In my cart it went. Too nice to resist.
haha Yeah pretty intense thourgh, i was thinking more something that looked like it needed some DIY not rebuild from the ground up :D but you understood what I meant even tho i explained it badly :D Thanks
That is def some good looking houses its a shame they don't seem to come in a rundown state. :/
Just dirty up the textures, that should do it
Yeah, some grunge shaders (of which there are many in the store - search for "grunge shader" e.g. https://www.daz3d.com/layered-grunge-iray-shaders ), and some clutter might do the trick. Maybe replace a window with broken glass (or use the plugin that breaks things for one of the walls or a bit of the roof - https://www.daz3d.com/gescon-constructive-solid-geometry-for-daz-studio has a fracture option and I'm sure there was another one too Edit: the sequel: https://www.daz3d.com/gescon-ii-constructive-solid-geometry ).
Or paint grunge on it with Stonemason's prop painter.
Take another look at The Suburbs : Across the Tracks | Daz 3D It's just6 your basic older neighbohood built in the '50s or '60s.
The poster forgot to add The Suburbs | Daz 3D which I think ate the same houses and yars but in top shape. Be good for a "this is what the ad showed/this is what it looked like"
Thank you so much guys/girls I'll give it all a look over you really made me think about how to go about it xD
I didn't forget to post it. I only linked Across the Tracks because I'm not aware of any destroyed or run down versions of The Suburbs.
