DIM and White Tie?

Hi i purchased the White Tie item https://www.daz3d.com/prz-white-tie-outfit-for-genesis-8-males and the texture expansion.

Unfortunatly the DIM seems unable to find the core item above but can find the texture expansion for it.

Can this be resolved?

    The Product Library download seems correct, I am just going to delete my DIM download and see if it then reappears.

    Okay screen shots of my purchased items (both there) and screen shot of DIM (only textures are listed not the core item).

    I have also tried to filtered the DIM by "PRZ White Tie" and its store code number from the download page (sku::73067).

    After that I tried DS connect but it cant find it either, tried reseting DB and resend metadata, no luck.

    Can you advise?

    In your DIM picture, there is '1' in Ready to Download.

    Go to that.

    That's the tab selected in DIM, the base asset isn't there.

     

    Have you tried searching using "PRZ" as the filter?

    In the DIM the '1' you mention is the addon textures as I have already explained, thats why I included the images.

    The core item is not listed as the screen-shots show.

    I cannot use the textures by themselves without the core product's download which is the issue.

    If you read my 2nd message, yes I filtered by PRZ, I also filtered by the items store code number.

    How about if you check Display Hidden at top-left of the Ready to Download tab?

    Just ticked it, hit refresh and still the same.

    Please look at the 1st screenshot in the 4th message.

    I have already tried that and all the other suggestions other than the hidden tick box which I later tried as well.

    As I have already said prior I have filtered the DIM by:

    • Name
    • SKU
    • Hidden files

    I have also tried Daz Studio Connect

    • Reset the DB
    • Resent Metada

    All I can suggest is a suport ticket - I certainly can't think of any other things to check.
