Toon Santa
A long time ago I purchased Toon Santa. Today I tryed to add it to my scene, when I click on it nothing happens. I looked in my purchase history and I don't see it in there but I know I purchased it because I purchase Christmas Elf at the same time.
What am I doing wrong that I can't load it into the scene, and why isn't it showing up in my purchases?

I can't find a Toon Santa product. Is it this https://www.daz3d.com/toon-christmas
There was a Toon Santa from 3D Universe, who left the store recently. Toon Elf is still available because it is a Daz Original
It will be in your product library if you bought it. Mine is there.
I don't own it but if nothing is happening make sure you are clicking on the character not a sub folder item like a texture or pose
Given the release date, it's most likely in Poser format.
Which file did you try to load exactly? Is it possible that you selected a material file rather than the actual figure?
Located in "Runtime\Libraries\character\3D Universe\Toon Santa", or, in Content Library "Figures\3D Universe\Toon Santa"
It is in Poser format with DS companion files (Toon SantaPs.cr2/.ds) & (Toon SantaDS.cr2/.ds). The .ds files are identical (materials only), but the cr2's differ greatly, if only in insignificant differences in some parameter values (fourth or fifth decimal place), and some parametric weight smoothing on the fingers. Probably wouldn't notice the difference.
Used him to make this for my Grandchildren eleven years ago :)
I purchased it, even if it left the store, wouldn't I still be able to use it?
A couple images, maybe this will help to understand what is happening. Thanks
Odd, that should work. (And, yes, if you bought it, it will always be available to you)
Ah, I see the problem. You are using DS6? The old .ds files are in an old scripting version that is not supported in DS6.
I tried upgrading the script in DS4.24, but it isn't enough. You will need to remove the .ds files to allow the .cr2 to load by itself. Materials will need some tweaking, but you can easily load Toon Santa in DS4 and save out a material preset to use in DS6 (before removing the .ds files so that you can load the proper textures first).
ETA: You might want to take the opportunity to convert to Iray, if you want. DS6 will make it Iray, but you won't have direct access to the Iray parameters, as it will still show the RSL (3DL) parameters. I can still save 3DL materials, so maybe it is a moot point. Sorry, if I'm confusing you...
