Scene is to bright

When I render this scene (see image) it is way to bright. How do I make it darker? Or lower the light intensity.

click on each of your light sources and adjust their light output.  If they are emissives, it will be under surfaces, in emission.

    also check Render Settings:
-Environment: check if you have environment map and intensity settings

-Tone mapping: check burn highlights and crush blacks are way down (like 0.2 or lower)

Also, check your CAMERA settings  see if Headlamp is set to "On"

You can also just adjust the exposure setting, or any of the camera-like controls that affect it (SO, f-Stop, Shutter Speed) and/or the image gamma value.

If you are using HDRI, start with Environment map and environment intensity. There are a lot of HDRI where I set them in the 0.2 to 0.5 range each.

Tone mapping: don't touch gamma, crushed blacks, burn highlights without doing a lot of experimentation. They are complicated because they change the shape of the light curve. Exposure is more uniform in its effect on brightness.

IRAY Light Manager Pro (and similar products) are good if your scene has a lot of spots and/or emissive surfaces.

I whipped this up quick. I hope it helps. My default tonemapper is Film ISO = 200. Other than that, messing with tone mapping wasn't immediately necessary.
