FPE Magic Power Props vol. 1 & 2 [Commercial Thread]

FenixPhoenixFenixPhoenix Posts: 3,257

You can find Volume One Here: https://www.daz3d.com/fpe-magic-powers-props

Volume Two | https://www.daz3d.com/fpe-magic-powers-2-props

I wanted to create this thread not only to give users a chance to share feedback or suggestions on what other types of effects you would be interested in, but also so I can share some prop combination presets for you to use :). I will soon share the combination subscene presets I build for my promos for anyone interested!

If you would like to share your own renders or presets, please feel free. I would love to see them!

While this pack provides basic effects, combining them can also yield some very interesting results. Pairing them with ghost lights can also create some dynamic lighting.

These look very cool!  I have a question, though.  What do the letters/symbols mean, like on the Seal Styles and Runes Styles?  I'm always worried about using anything that I don't know what it means, so I usually just pass on products that contain any kind of writing I can't translate.  But these effects look really nice!

These are just random symbols thrown together to make it seem like a language or incarnation. So it doesn't technically exist. It can mean whatever you want it to mean ;).

I have vol 1. I've used it once or twice. I don't often need big poofy magic stuff. But I was happy with it when I did.

Thank you for the support. I love using magic effects, even if only to create an interesting background for the main promo of my products. So scailing some of these props can achieve that.

Using a vdb small just eats a lot of render time, usually. I have SF-Design's Special FX series for small magic. smiley

Yeah, these are all props with displacement maps to create the magic effects. I do wish to learn how to do vdbs, but I just haven't had the time to research into how to create them.
