Product inquiry to vendor from user

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I have a question to ask a vendor about their product and how it works.

Where would I post this and how would i contact the vendor about it?

    Daz handles customer service for vendors, so there is no system to contact them directly, you open a support ticket and Daz will contact the vendor if needed.
    Though if the vendor is active in the forums you can try contacting them here.

    Product Suggestions is for in-search-of and would-like-to-see threads, not for questions about existing products. Those would usually go to Techncial Help, or possibly Art Studio depending on the nature of the question.
