Best cyborg female product with video if possible

I'm looking a cyborg Genesis 9 or 8, but be able to edit the texture and customize it. I love how it looks "DA Mira" recently released. But do you know how many times I've buyed products here and use it only 30 or 50%  of their capacity? or less just because it lack of information for how to use it, requirements. So my intention is to buy it.. but who tell me that after purchase I will be able to use it 100%? Please advice me if you know a product or if already exist videos hidden in the web about products for DAZ3D Studio. I will love it. THanks!
