Install Manager is blank

I have installed the DIM and log into my account on it, but the manager itself is totally blank. Nothing is showing up, eventhought i got a ton of stuff from ages ago. Now when I log on at the website i can see my previous orders and can even install them via that install button. The DIM will install it then, but will still not show that I own it. Now I have only installed the DIM, I do not have installed the Studio yet as it is not showing up either for installation. A side note is that the Product Library on the website is not loading either and I just moved to premium.

What is checked in Download Filters, on the Ready to Download tab?
I have checked everything and nothing showed up. I also tried to use the AI Victoria for help but she only gives tips that I already have tried.
How about enabling Show Hidden?
