Are Galleries Broken?

I tried to upload a render to my gallery a moment ago and got the error in that attached screenshot. The file is 2.1 MB so I don't see why it's returning a "too large" error. Anyone else having trouble uploading stuff?

 

<<< UPDATE >>>  This is resolved, file it under RTFM.  I tried to upload directly to a thread and the error was more explicit: cannot exceed 2MB.  I thought gallery renders could be up to 10MB. Guess I was wrong.

We had quite a bit of server work today, and looks like that setting got misconfigured. Thanks for reporting it, we'll get it fixed ASAP.

Wait, you mean it wasn't user error?  I'm not sure how to react to that.  It's never happened to me before...
