What is this nice boot heels shoe?

it is a image from pixiv ,  some one said it is changed cutoff opacity to make the boot blend into the body suit ,   I want to know what shoe it is ,  and I want that Boot heel for my G9 character. i seached a lot, but cant find a heel boot,  that the surface is very smooth like this one ,  Anyone knows what shoe it is? ,  the creator of this image might hide some part of the shoe already.

    Something like this?

    It is essentially a bodysuit (or pantyhose), a pair of shoes and a patch to bridge the gab between shoe and foot/bodysuit, all with the same material.

    If you look in your image you can see the contour of the shoe. If I had morphed the shoe it could fit tighter to the bodysuit.
