Please make an AI-powered high-heel converter / remover

I think AI can be a useful tool to the extent that it actually assists in workflow rather than replacing creativity.

With that said, I think a great use of it would be if someone created a tool to convert high heel boots to normal, or to remove them on-the-fly.

I can't speak for others, but the only place high heels make sense to me is in modern high fashion outfits, and even there I'd still prefer they just were normal boots. If a character isn't on a runway or at a club / fancy party, they probably aren't going to be wearing high heels. So many products in the DAZ3D store look great, but are ruined by them and make you either have to skip (because they're complete outfits) or find different boots, just because the creator thought high heels are amazing / would sell better.

Fantasy, scifi, and historic outfits are much more believable without gimicky high heels that ruin the credibility of the outfit.

So to all the tool creators out there, please make something like this. You know it's gonna sell.

I don't think AI is going to be needed but what would be needed is at least 2 if not more tools

because there is more than one type of shoe

fitted to the figure and mesh replacement IE geograft

    most boots are the latter

the former a flat foot pose, maybe bending toes and deleting  the heel with the geometry editor works 90% of the time

    the latter needs remodeling

  • Totally with you on that topic, Dreamer. I'm using DAZ for fantasy illustrations and high heels on armored boots are rediculous! As are cutouts in armor. Last but not least lets talk about the use of crosses on the various outfits, shields etc. The rpg fantasy worlds have completely different pantheons (ie. check out DnD etc.) and symbols would not be crosses. Sorry, there are just some great fantasy outfits that are ruined because they are decorated with christian symbols. Just a little bit of online research into heraldry would give lots of inspiration what decals can be used (ie. eagles, lions, dragons, serpents, armored fist, sun, moon, star, ...) :)
