Trying to ID an outfit.

A couple of recent characters show them wearing what looks to be a second skin outfit with addons. I'm trying to find where it comes from but have had no luck. I tried google lens but it either ID s the characters in the store that are pictured in it or it shows unrelated characters.

A Gal Outfit for Genesis 8 Female in renderhub, It seems to be clothing based on a certain IP; this store is full of clothes like that.

It's credited as a recreation of a particular artist's design on Deviant Art. Is there some other IP that it's based on. I don't recognize it from anything.

According to DeviantArt's description, the original creator used AI to create the outfit, and then a fan commissioned PH3Dee to produce it, so there might not be any IP issues.

This outfit is also from the same seller on Rebderhub, and it imitates the character Volume from the mobile game NIKKE.

However, this outfit only resembles the original IP by about 70-80%. PH3Dee has many other outfits that look familiar but are not exactly the same.There are also some almost identical superhero costumes.
