Identify the Swimsuit

So, I was browsing Rendo and came across 3-d-c's Swimming Hall sets, and the swimsuit used for the main thumbnail caught my attention.  After doing some digging, I'm fairly certain the character is a heavily morphed V4 ala JamminWolfe, but after hours scouring the available V4 collections, I can't find the swimsuit or the texture anywhere.  The closest I've managed to come is halcyone's Leotard for V4, but the striped texture is nowhere to be found.  Does anyone recognize it?

    Couldn't you just find a simular swimsuit and then make your own texture, to get the stribes?

    That's what I'll probably end up doing, but it's always worth asking first.
