Items not showing as owned

I have the hide items I own checked when I am shopping so I don't accidentally put them in my cart.  An usually, the icon at the bottom shows that I already own it.  I have put 2 items in my cart now that I already own and it does not show that I own them nor is the icon showing as already purchased.  One of them is a mortem vetus product and I know that they were working on this so that one is no big deal, its one of the reasons I checked my inventory.  The other however is the ss marcoor control room and it is also not showing that I own it.  But i do. Just wanted to give a heads up.

    Same problem.  Also, I bought stuff last night and thought I included the free "window seat" product but it was also showing up as not owned so I added it to cart to see if I got the "you bought  this on..." message.  Nope, so I "bought" it thinking I must have left it out of the cart. Just checked my order invoice from  last night and it's in there so that warning function isn't working right either at the moment. Be careful!

    I've long been having this problem in the search function. I've always opened up the window to view item so I can double check as a result.

    I have bought stuff that I thought looked cool but I had no use for at the time just because it was on a ridiculous sale. But then i forget that I ever bought it.  Fast forward a year, it's on riduclous sale again and I think "wow, that's pretty cool. Maybe I could use that" so I open it up and put it in the cart and it warns me that I purchased it on some prior date.  Ah, thanks DAZ, that was a close call! I think that's what you are referring to spearcarrier? Except right now it's not doing that, at least for me. So not showing stuff I already own and not warning about stuff I previously bought.  Best to double check your product library before pushing the "buy" button older stuff right now I think.

    This is what's happening to me.  No matter where I look including the cart, no where does it say I have already purchased it.

    I've got a handful of items with the same problem: For example, Urban Shabby Chic for V4 (both of these screenshots were taken moments ago.  Yes I'm logged in, etc.)

    I'm assuming that, in my case, it was some sort of glitch in coppying over the order history the last time they updated the store software, since I'm 90% certain that all the products that have this issue were purchased before the last store update.

    Maybe submit a support ticket and point out the specific packs that it is happening with.

    I did a little more digging, and I may have a different issue than I thought (which isn't really an issue per se, just one of those things)  At least for the two I easily remember

    It turns out that the products in the store are bundles of 3 earlier products that are no longer available as individual parts - when I bought them, it was as individual parts.  And of course the store doesn't register that you've bought all the parts of a bundle.

    That said, if I come across anything I own that *isn't* part of a bundle that isn't showing as purchased, I will let sales support know.

    I've got a similar issue; I have the components of the Growing Up Bundle, but since I didn't buy them that way, the Bundle shows in the store.

    Well for me the ss marcoor control room wasn't part of a bundle that I am aware of and I didn't buy it as part of a bundle so I don't know why that doesn't show as I own it.  And am running into another issue as well.  I purchased Maxwell (Mortem Vetus) and downloaded it earlier today on my laptop with no problem.  Came home from work and am trying to load it on the pc and I keep getting a download failed message.  Using DIM on both laptop and pc.  Laptop has 4.8, PC has latest version of 4.9.  I am going to try it manually and see what happens
