Can't lanch/install Daz 6

I can't lanch or re-install Daz 6. in my install manager it shows as being -1 bytes . any idea of what might be going on? 4.24 is still running fine.

    No, I don't know what might cause that. Maybe you could delete the package from DIM and redownload it.

    Delete the instal manifest - if you are not sure where that is, click the gear icon at top-right of the DIM window>Advanced Settings and go to the Installation tab, the manifest Archive is the folder you want. Find the .dsx file for DS 6 and remove it, then start DIM and try installing again.

    Ok I tried deleting the the instal package and the dsx but its still not installing ds 6 . every time I lanch DIM it tels me it needs to instal some nessacery components, I just get ds5 installed at -1 bytes and then opens a tab in my browers thanking me for installing the DIM

    To get rid of the package pop-up,  uncheck all the packages and the Show Automatically box at lower-left and then click the Start Queue button (which will do nothing since all the packages are delected, but will make it heed the turned off auto-show.

    Was the .dsx file you deleted the install manafest? The one that sits beside the package in the Downlaods folder is not the same.

    Ok I got it installed. all I had to do was the number 1 tech support solution .
