Is there anyway to get a more cartoonish/ anime like teeth for genesis 8 models?

I've been searching everywhere for answers but there seems to be no slutions. I want to make renders with more exaggerated/ cartoonish character but they almost always never look good whenever i want to give them emotions because of the teeth. Is there a solution to this problem/ a potential product that morphs the teeth to be more simplistic/ cartoonish?

Sakura has a separate morph for anime teeth, not sure how well it works with other characters.
