I need a long armored skirt

Looking for a long armored skirt to match this picture.  So, about 8 panels that come to shin length, effectively making a full skirt.  Cloth is fine - I can retexture easily enough.

I'd looked at most of those, but none were really hitting.  I'd missed Hawk Eye - I wonder if I could do a second figure rotated 45 degrees to get the other four panels...

You might want to consider something like retexturing Wildenlander Hawk Eye (or one of the others suggested) w/ a metal shader.  IIRC, there are some metallic scale type iray shaders that might work well.
