No charging files

Hi everyone. I just moved all my contents into a new support. Unfortunately DAZ3D say that the files are no more supported and impossible to open them. Could you help me , some answers about? Thanx

Check and attach DS log if possible... Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File...

What does the log file say?

One thing to check is that you ar etrying to load a thing, not apply a preset (shape or materials) that requires a target object to be selected (the log should confirm if that is the issue).

So, what is at the end of the log file (last few lines) after you get the error message?

Sorry but the log file is totally full of msg, impossible for me make you know what is about. The only thing I know, just moving all my content (sets, presets and whatever....) from a disk to another and everything went away. 

Another one, I've just deleted all about my daz content on pc, reinstalled the Manager, and even like this into my daz list all the characters aren't able to be charged, even if in my manager list everything is ok? What's going on?

You need to look at the log, and the areas that say "Warning" are the areas we need to tell you what's going on. Just open the log, select all, copy and paste it to a log file, and attach it to a post.

Ok problem solved. I've just deleted all my content from my manager list and recharged all of them another time. All the matters disappeared :)
