Character files missing, even though the character shows up in Content.

I've had this issue with both Dain 9 and Julian 9. The files are installed via DIM, and show up in my Content tab. However, when I go to load the character, I get error messages, specifically:
"The files listed below could not be found:
/data/Daz 3D/Genesis 9/Base/Morphs/Daz 3D/Julian9/Julian9_body_bs_Veins_HD4.dsf
/data/Daz 3D/Genesis 9/Base/Morphs/Daz 3D/Julian9/Julian9_figure_ctrl_Character.dsf
/data/Daz 3D/Genesis 9/Base/Morphs/Daz 3D/Julian9/Julian9_figure_ctrl_Proportions.dsf"
I uninstalled and reinstalled Julian previously, and then he loaded correctly. I saved the character I built as a persona preset. Now, though, when I try to load that preset, the errors are back. They also appear again when I attempt to load Julian 9 directly. What the heck is going on?
I should also note that when I load my entire morph set in TurboLoader for G9, Julian doesn't show up at all.
This is maddening, and any help anyone can offer would be great.

The files exist in my install. Do you have your content library in One Drive (Please say no).
Sounds like you probably still have him turned off Via Turbo Loader whether you meant to or not. All you wil need to do if you can't turn him back on via Turbo loader is to Browse to that exact location"/data/Daz 3D/Genesis 9/Base/Morphs/Daz 3D/Julian9" and see if the file extention for those files says ".OFF" instead of .dsf, (or anything other then .dsf, pretty sure Turbo Loader changes the extention to OFF, but it could be using a different extention now that I think about it) and if it does, change it back .dsf (make sure you can see file extentions as an option in your file browser if you don't have it enabled already, or all you will see is the file name).
I do have both Julian 9 and Dian 9 and have no issues, with either of them, and the files you listed are present, never had to reinstall him.
LOL. No, I do not. I do have two separate Content drives, but they're both active and mounted.
Think I might've found the issue, per attached screenshot. Looks like I have 2 folders. "Julian 9," and "Julian9." I didn't make the separation; everything I install is via DIM. So I have no idea how that happened. Looks like the missing elements are in "Julian 9," so I think I can safely move them and that should solve the problem....but why didn't the installer know to add them in?
In other fun news that will NEVER potentially be confusing...I also own "Julian for Genesis 9," which is a completely different character (you can see his folder right above the two selected in the screenshot).
Good grief. Half my Genesis 9 characters' folders have spaces in the name...half don't. Come ON, DAZ! A little consistency would go a long way toward avoiding crap like this.
As an addendum, @mrpenguin76 it does look like all of the extensions have been changed to .tlOFF. I've tried going back in via TurboLoader, but I can't even see Julian 9 when I use it. Do I need to manually change all of those filenames from .tlOFF to .dsf?
You want to rescan in Turbo Loader to get the missing products back.
And no, you don't need to rename the files with .tlOFF, since you've already re-installed the product, now you just need to delete .tlOFF files in the data folder of that product.
Bare in mind that one of the cons of Turbo Loader is: you have to remember to check the status of the products (i.e. the products having modifier files in data folder) in Turbo Loader before uninstalling / re-installing them . If they're disabled, enable them.
