If professional conversion means an exact reproduction of the materials, then no.
Even if you input the exact same numerical values for parameters like roughness or metalness, different 3D editors will rarely yield the exact same visual result by default.
Every 3D program (e.g., Daz, Blender, Unreal Engine, 3Ds Max) uses its own proprietary mathematical code (shaders) to calculate how light reflects and scatters on a surface. Also, programs apply default viewing filters differently. For instance, Blender applies the AgX color transform by default, while others might use Filmic or Standard.
I'd recommend taking a look at the Prop.xml file located in the "Program Files/Autodesk/3ds Max /scripts/DazToMax" folder. Open it in Notepad++. There you'll see how DAZ Studio materials are mapped to 3DS Max shaders: VRay, Corona, Arnold, Standard and Physical.
Some parameters, such as SSS and Top Coat, are not included. However, if you know their values in DAZ Studio, you can manually enter them into the Corona Renderer. In any case, you'll have to rely on your own vision rather than the precision of the numerical values.
