Is Daz suffering from the restrictions of payment platforms?

My subscription expired and didn't automatically renew. When I tried to renew it, the Visa/Mastercard platform rejected it. I suspect it's because it identifies it as adult content.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks.

You'll need to submit a ticket on that one.

    Hello.

I already sent it before and we couldn't resolve the issue. My bank is rejecting it. Anyway, I'm looking for an alternative solution by creating a PayPal balance and paying directly with that balance without needing a card.

    Regards

Which card provider are you using? I have no issues with MBNA - all my Daz stuff goes on only that one card.

Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio topic.

I use paypal they've changed lately last few times had to do extra sign ins complete catchas or whatever they are called as well as confirming emails and inputting extra codes interesting you mention the concern whether this site is considered adult and being restricted as such I'm Australian and we've had a lot of restrictions placed on us with even more on the way been worrying myself whether they come after us daz artists including deviant art and others, in the uk steam got attacked over some game content as well as restricted and paypal and some credit cards started restricted access there was a lot of news stories on it

I've made purchases here on DAZ today with PayPal and so far so good. It's a sad state of affairs that we have to worry about this.

...just did a test with  an inexpensive product on my wishlist (as I also use a MasterCard) and the purchase went hrough without a hitch.

That happened to me last time i tried to sign up for Premier, the reason being that my bank had merged with another bank (Capital One/Discover merger) and they would no longer approve Daz subscriptions after that, prior to that I had no problems, not sure if that has changed since the last time I tried. So I wound up just buying a prepaid Visa card at a Dollar General store and that worked. It's probably cheaper to just use Paypal if you have it, but I don't have Paypal and I will never signup for Paypal again due to past problems with them as an Ebay merchant.

    ...same here regarding Paypal.

If they are now using those "Captcha" images to verify you are human, just one more reason to avoid them.   When I've  encountered Capcha on other sitesm completed and submitte one, It would throw another, and  after thatm another (ad nausea) at me even though I correctly solved the original one.

I'll deal with Clouflare's slowness over that aggravation.
