Confused between rtx 3080 12gb vs rtx 4070 12gb

Can anybody tell me which one of these gpu should I buy for daz studio iray rendering according for better performance, i don't find any benchmark so please help - rtx 3080 12gb (desktop) or rtx 4070 12gb (desktop) ?

Go with the 4070.

You can check sites like TechPowerup, or see octanbench results  to get some idea of what their relative performace to each other are.
