My Hip! My Hip!

I'm just getting back into using D|S after a long absence and I was just looking over my orders list. Just for fun I wondered what is the oldest of my orders that DAZ still has on file. Answer, on July 3, 2000 I purchased "P4 Tunic Pack".

I feel so old right now...

Know what you mean. I joined Renderosity on 30 March 2000 after seeing an article in the 'PC Plus' magazine. How is it possible it's 26 years ago? My first purchase at DAZ was Victoria 3 Base on 15 December 2004, which I used with Poser 4. Regards, Richard.

My first order was Victoria 2.0. Just bought it on July, 29th 2002. At this time I still worked with Poser. I even had a store at Renderosity a few years later under the name of TFX2000.

my catalog isn't even right. It does not show anything prior to V3 or Michael 3. I know I have millenium woman and man, V2, etc. it goes back to some items from 2002, but nothing before. MW was there not too long ago. anyway, yeah, when did DAZ become DAZ. I was here prior. Was Zygote. And everything was for Poser as DS didn't come about until later.

I started using DAZ Studio with the DS 0.7Beta, I think it may have been end 2004, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyway my first published (on Rendo) DS image was 14 September 2005 playing with settings suggested by LiquidRust. DS evolved incredibly rapidly at the beginning, which makes the Alpha-Beta-Release time taken by DS6 seem all the more prolonged.

The oldest DS install file I still have is called 'PC_DAZStudio_1_2_0_1.exe' from 16 Feb 2006.

    Regards,

    Richard

I bought Victoria 1 and Micheal 1 on a physical CD. I ordered it from a physical catalog. I still have them somewhere.
