I spent the last hour looking for this promo figure/character and I'm hoping someone recognizes her.

I think it might be a Mousso figure but I had no luck finding her. Not sure if you can tag artists on here but @luna3d you made an amazing character!

    Maybe MSO Rebecca. MSO tends not to do so little "under nose". Also look at P3Design figures.
