VDB and Terra Dome 3 Atmosphere?

It seems that my VDB's won't show up when I have Terra Dome 3's atmosphere in a scene. Is there a work around besides post work or a setting I can maybe change to make the VDB's appear? Daz 4.24(doesnt work in 6 either).

I dont own TD3 but from what you describe, it is using subsurface scattering enabled on its morphing atmosphere to create its atmospheric effect. If that is indeed the case then the VDBs just wont show up within the SSS primative. I dont know why though.
That is why I made this set - https://www.daz3d.com/mmx-vdb-smoke-fx-01 - you can use other VDBs with it.
VDB density will affect the lighting, so you may have to increase your lighting to compensate for the added VDBs
