in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi. 
I don't know how to contact the author, but it seems that a file i.dsf is missing. 
I checked the files downloaded manually, and it's missing. 
I'm attaching an image. 
Also, I had deleted the product through DIM to reinstall it, hoping it was an error during installation, but it wasn't. From DIM, I can't reinstall it anymore; it stays stuck on retry. 
In the files downloaded manually, the described file is missing. I don't know if others are missing too.

    Daz handles customer support for PAs, you can open a support ticket in help center to report the problem.

    Thought I'd have a look as I own several balloon prop sets. The 3dLabs one is about the only one I don't own (I've not seen it cheap enough to take the punt on yet).
