Placed order, still processing. What is with the store?

I placed order as usual, saw that they charged my card, but I can't download products, it says it is still processing.  Sent a ticket yesterday still have not heard back, still processing.  Any body else haveing issues with store?

    I had that twice yesterday and raised a ticket for both transactions. Need to check if they've responded.

    Yes, though, I haven't experienced the exact one that you describe.  The difference is that I attempted to make a purchase several times through Paypal rather than using a card directly, but the server connection kept failing when Paypal tried to reconnect to DAZ to finalize payment, so I was never charged.  Others have reported similar issues in the normal complaint thread and I suspect that this thread will probably be merged into that one by the mods.

    That is okay if they merge it, just as long as I get the products that I paid for. Still haven't heard back but hopefully I will hear something on Monday.

    Please, do not bump threads. Daz is aware of it and needs to wait till tomorrow to troubleshoot it. I have two test orders in that are still saying "Processing."

    There is no bumping going on here. It is simply a polite reply to someone who responded to the original query.
