Please help HeadShop 2024

I am trying desprately to get HeadShop 2024 WIN to work
but it never shows up on either 4.24 that i have installed or my 6 that is installed
i have even tried letting Daz Install Manager install it but that has not helped either.

It won't work in DS 6, since it is a plug-in and those require at least recompiling. For DS 4, does iit appear in Help>About Installed Plug-ins?
