I suspect it will depend on whether you have the model's consent. Denmark have already enacted a law to give everyone copyright of their person, so as to prevent others using AI to generate images without consent. I think it can be expected that these laws will become more common.
I am using aI prompts to create faces. No images,
I am not a lawyer, so take this as just my own opinion. As I understand it, it is better not to sell faces of celebrities, especially if they're easily recognizable because of peculiar features. Or at least don't name your face model after the celebrity. For example, a good model of Angelina Jolie could be named Jessica instead, certainly not Angelina Jolie as this is risky if the agent of the Actress comes after you. If the model recalls a celebrity but it is not exactly the same it is probably safer.
For common people, not celebrities, the risk is minor.
p.s. You can always google for "can I sell pictures of celebrities" and see what the AI tells you. I did, it is pretty close to what I told here.
Great points by @stripe6499_9253833ae8 and @Padone regarding likeness and consent. However, since @My 3D Spin is using AI-generated faces, I suspect the original question is actually about the tool's EULA.
Assuming the source image has no copyright issues, does the Face Transfer 2 license allow creators to sell or redistribute the geometry and textures generated by the plugin?
(Opening a ticket with Daz might be the safest bet, too.)
My guess would be no as there's no mention of it being a merchant resource on the product page. But indeed opening a support ticket to ask Daz directly would be the the way to go.
