"Victorian Public Toilet" selected from available items to purchase through "Shop Now" button (also available throught the sliding panels on "May" page.
7 items selected from "Forever" Artist Stores, through "View All Items" button.
I should be seeing $2.99 for the Victorian Public Toilet, yet in the cart it's $18.87 (30% discount).
All criteria appear to be met (five "Forever" Artist items).
What have I missed?
