It's unlikely to cause a problem if the goal is to put hair under a hat, but there is an unfixed reported problem with some of the cheek morphs:

Last possible solution: use a dFormer with a weight map, paint the area that need to be hidden before either moving or scaling the dFormer to hide what's need to be hidden.
