That's a good idea. There could be some housing or transportation squares, too, like a bus station. 

 This is a fantastic idea. I'd love a more modular Urban Sprawl, where it's easier to assemble your own city—not necessarily large, but exquisite. I'd like every door to open so I can easily decorate the interior. Transportation is also crucial; the subway entrances on the streets seem to be a very outdated version.

DAZ already has many residences, but it lacks well-designed shops, supermarkets, malls, or a shopping plaza. I prefer more crowded environments; they feel more human and have a sense of history. Speaking of the American spirit, isn't a military base missing here?
