Dwarf Mail Coat

In any case, after considerable searching I figured out that the main thumbnail render's clothing is a kitbash after finding the belt in one costume, the gauntlets in another. But I cannot seem to find anything like the scale male coat. Possibly it's been run through a shader, but even so I can't find a coat resembling it very closely. 

Any ideas?

  Ah ha, I had to look much closer at the promos, but I see it now. Thank you.
