and now for something completely different, loaded a texture and scene was wiped

not a crash, not a daz has to quit, Just a message something went wrong while loading this textue and the fact that all of the scene was gone, no items left in scene. 
How do you report a crash without a crash report. 
After 20 years and easily 10k renders I thought I'd seen everything but this was new. 
Now the question is when was the last time I saved? 
Or is there a secret keycombo I don't know that clears a scene. 
And this was instanteous and daz never clears a scene that fast. 
However, if this has ever happened to anyone, any suggestions to avoid it. 
Current state of daz in image. If daz had managed to instanteously clear the scene and load the start up there should be a 10ft high cube right in the middle.

Since I was used the geo editor a lot, I was saving a lot. 
But the tile floor in the second image was the one that disappeared the scene.
