    I tried to vote for option 4 the Dress Blues uniiform but couldn't find a way to submit my vote even though I was logged in. Anyway that one would be an instant buy for me.

    I voted for Option 2 but since you are experienced not I'd look at the patterns of the 4 options and do the one with the most overlap with the other options and other services (and civilan clothing styles as well because prior to 1975 in USA those formal styles of pants, shirt, & ties, sans the military colors & patches, was pretty much a required uniform for all adult males in public places. Add a generic fedora in navy, brow, grey, or black.
