Please find below a prop inspired by a kitchen stool I saw on a recent holiday.

There are six morphs and two material settings for the stool. The morph maximum and minimum limits are illustrated below. The stool seat material is based around a photo I took of the original stool.

Regards,

Richard

    G8F Stool Poses 01

G8F Stool Pose Set 1 consists of five poses and a blooper. Poses 01 and 02 are offered in two versions, a full body pose and a legs only partial pose. Poses 03 and 04 are poses for the character sitting at a 93cm high kitchen worktop. Mirror poses are given where appropriate throughout the pose sets. The character illustrating the poses is G8F base with Cherubit's Milan head and texture.

    Regards,

    Richard

    G9(F) Stool Poses 01

G9(F) Stool Pose Set 1 is a G9 version of the G8F Stool Poses 01 set. The twin hand poses supporting the character's chin visible in the G8F 01 pose set is included even though it's not illustrated. The character used in the illustrations is Mousso's Kim for G9.

    Richard

Nice stool and nice poses smiley

But getting on the stools with high heels feels like a bad idea, especially with the NHS overworked as it is :P

Just a question: in the Genesis 9 version, there is only the 'G9F Stool BlooperM' pose, not the 'G9F Stool Blooper' while the Genesis 8 version has both. Is it intended?

    It's all because I hate G9...

Actually, I don't and it isn't intended at all. I'll see what I can do about amending it later today. There should be both the original (character facing the +X direction) and the morror (facing the -X direction)

    Regards,

    Richard

Thanks for these. Which file was modified?

The G9F stool poses 01 file. Just added the blooper un-mirrored pose, which you could recreate yourself fairly easily from the mirrored pose. Regards, Richard.

Err. I have to admit that on this one I only used a finite element stress analysis modeller I wrote in C++ using Borland C++ Builder 4 starting in 2005. I used it to create models more quickly than I could with the modeller bundled with the NISA Finite Element analysis package, and it was my primary work tool for a few years. It was eventually superseded as other FE modellers became better. In 2012 or thereabouts I added texture mapping and obj export to get it to work with Poser and DS. I have added little bits to it since. So.. I modelled the stool with my own modeller. Regards, Richard

I did have it up on my ChestnutPens website for years, but there was negligible traffic and no downloads for several years, so I closed the site in March. Not sure anyone noticed. Regards, Richard.
