I don't know a simple way

there are complicated ways 

clone shapes, obj exports, fitting to etc and morphloader like you do characters 

if Dimension3D was still with us we might have had GenX for the Gen Alphas

I think it depends how the expression has been done. IIRC G3 & G8 have the same facial rig (I may be wrong - can't check at the moment). So, if the expression has been only been created by posing the facial bones, applying the expression pose to the G3 character should/will work.

However, very few expression poses are only created by posing the facial bones. So, probably not that helpful. Worth a try, though.

Expressions like the 'Urrk' I tried below are only done with posing bones:

G3 comes with very little in the way of partial HD morphs, so while the expressions DAZ made are pure facial rigging they are only SD.

G8 has a lot of small partial HD morphs that work with the rigging, problem is that even the DAZ made expressions are full head SD/HD morphs.

So unless you can find G8 expressions that only use the rigging, then I think it's safe to say they wont work on G3.
