Jun Xi is broken and cant use her anymore

Ok for some strange reason i'am having an issue with Jun Xi for Genesis 8.1 "Genesis 8.1 character Jun Xi loads as a generic base. I have performed a full database reset, a clean manual installation of all Data/Runtime folders, and cleared my cache. She works in a fresh scene after a manual folder refresh, but reverts to generic after a restart or when loading saved scenes. Log shows no missing files, but morphs fail to trigger..I already contacted support about this and i really need help :(

    If you select the loaded character and in Parameters select 'currently used- does it then include Jun Xis morphs.

    Or if you find the morphs and dial them up/down does it then change the characters apperance?

    Please give the character clothes or use a non-textued drwastyle in your images.

    Are there any errors relating to loading the4 character in the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File)?

    No sometimes the dials show up with 100 already but it doesnt work, also apologies for the images i was too much in a stressful mood when i was encountering this issue, heres another version of the image i just cut the areas just to show there faces, again i'm really sorry :(

    That almost sounds as if there is an older version of the .dsf file in another content directory, higher up the list and so found before the working version when reloading the scene. Did you check the log file?

    not really sure its also seem to be affecting the victoria 8.1  character so i'm not sure what to find in the log file, my only idea is to uninstall the character fully and try again :(

    The log file is in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log

    ok i was able to provide an update so far.....what i did was i did a fresh clean install of the gen 8.1 characters affected and now they are loading fine basically deleted there morphs and cloud folder uninstall them cleared the dson cache and then reinstall the characters and now they load ok, i did something like that for jun xi and her's was different (i did a manual install for her without using the dim and first i updated her metadata and then install and she was able to load fine i dont know what had happen but i think its probably due to the metadata being relied on too much causing these issues so i uncheck the metadata on the login page for now :(
