Premier pricing not showing in cart

Hi all, I just yesterday morning (over 24 hours ago) re-joined Premier, and although it was immediately showing in my membership, and I went to the free character bundles page and put Nadine into my cart, the cart is still not reflecting Premier pricing. Any thoughts? Has anything gone wrong, or do I have to submit a ticket? Thanks!

    Did you only add nadine to cart? Have you actually enter the code for free character after?
