!Reset Surface custom action/script stopped working

Years ago I had added the custom action "! Reset Surface" to my scripts drop-down and used it very often to return a selected surface to default settings (non-Uber surface, no maps, all dials zeroed).  After trying to free-up some hard drive space by using DIM to unistall a bunch of characters and clothing for Genesis2 and older figures, the link to the action seems to have been broken. The text of the action is still in the drop-down but the thumbnail is gone and the script does nothing. I am still using Studio 4.24.0.3 Public Build and have not updated anything else. Does anyone recognize what product this script might have been included in?

    I have solved my problem by creating a primitive and saving its surface setting as a Shader Preset and adding that as a custom action. If a mod would like to delete this thread, I would be fine with that.
