Trouble with Converting Genesis 9 Character Shapes to Genesis 8

I'm having some trouble converting Genesis 9 character shapes to Genesis 8.

I followed the steps in The WP Guru's video, "Converting Genesis 9 Character Shapes to Genesis 8," but the legs of the model end up being spread apart.

Since English isn't my first language, I'm wondering if I missed something in the tutorial. I was able to convert from G8 to G9 without any issues.

Does anyone know why the legs might be opening like this?

    As per the case that is shown in your images, you dialed legs side-side on G9 Base~~ If so, you have to  use Transfer Utility (Edit > Figure > Transfer Utility...) rather than Developer Tools (which wouldn't work...)
