Measure Metrics

Whats the magic formula for opening / applying / using Measure Metrics in 4.24 ?  The "super short" vid that is out there on the product page does nothing ... can't bring up any measurment tool. 

As well ... is there a way to measure / know what the measurement of a figure or prop is without Measure Metrics ?

My goal is checking and possibly changing size "with conforming restraints" of figures and props.

    Have you entered its serial number into Help>About Installed Plug-ins?

    Hi Richard.  I have, yes.  It all seems there.  Just 1.  can't bring up a measure tool.  2. have no box or dial showing physical demsions.    Can't find a good totural on it. I may try to uninstall / reinstall it tomorrow.

    Is it listed in Window>Panes(Tabs)?
