Please make simple scenes like these!
I am going to atempt to take some things I already have and kitbash this. If you can think of anything I can use, please let me know.
I have so many of these that suggests a place, however not an elaborate prop.
I first began to want an outdoor cafe 20 years ago and purchased the Le Village - Bundle.
I just want a small awning like this, with a little dormer like this. Please help!!

I myself like little vignettes
some PA's miss the point and create extremely heavy vignettes
been bitten by a few that use 10GB of VRAM unpeopled!
in which case a full set less resource heavy
so if someone makes one
please keep it light
I love the small scenes that are made and have purchased many.
However, instead of me purchasing an entire town, I would like store fronts.
This looks great! Boutique Front Bundle | Daz 3D
I can get it for around $8 this weekend. It's 10:40 pm in Texas, so I have a little over two hours to decide if I want to purchase this bundle.
Anyway, I am going to make more suggestions for small scenes as I go through my notes to find more!
https://www.daz3d.com/aurelio has a few alfresco eating setups in their sets
you can just load one building
https://www.daz3d.com/harpsburg-for-daz-studio
has too
Oh, thank you!!
I HAVE https://www.daz3d.com/harpsburg-for-daz-studio!!
I guess I have too many things. I just cannot remember all of them.
I am slowly putting together a huge picture file.
I have the promo art for each product I own in a file...like I will add Harpsburg to my Villages folder, my street folder and my outdoor cafe folder.
With my figures, I have picture folders for all of the gloves I have for genesis 8 and all outfits that come with gloves. It IS a WIP and I sometimes forget to put pictures of my products into catagories.
I know we use to have software that was a wonderful freebie to sort our purchased products and give them tags. The software was written by Tao, I believe. I cannot find it on my computer anymore. Does anyone remember that?
I bought Stonemason's https://www.daz3d.com/main-street-usa and lo and behold
can just load the needed props
Oh, this is so perfect!! Thank you!
I will have to wait to purchase it, however at least I know it exists!!!

These are wonderful ideas, everyone! Some I have and, now, some I want :)
Some are a VERY good price!!
Thank you so much!!
another French Cafe for you crying out buy me
https://www.daz3d.com/le-caf
I absolutely love it, thanks!
Oh, my gosh!! I am buying this TODAY!!!
YOU read my post????
Ok, people!! This is HUGE!!
Thank you, Stonemason :)
It's perfect! The details are EXACTLY the what I wanted! The signs...even a blackboard sign, a bicycle, the shutters on the window, the cane table and chairs, the brick wall, the sidewalk, the street, the door, the awing, plants in vases and EVERYTHING.
I took other buildings apart for days that had awnings. I just could not get my scene right.
I actually have tears.
Stonemason!! You heard me!!! God Bless you!!!
Thanks..and you're welcome, hope you enjoy it! :-)
That café looks really great :)
On the menu, the point in the price buggered me to no end, but before jumping on my high horse, I checked with the menu on two restaurants in my city (nothing fancy like a restaurant with one or more Michelin star, but in the higher end of the cost per meal scale locally, thinking they were more likely to take great care about their menu, compared to lower end restaurants who don't necessarly have the same budget for designing their menu): the oldest is using the correct way of writing decimal numbers in France (with a period, so 5,50 €) while the youngest of the two is using a point like you did.
So I pulled the 'Asking a friend card' and asked a friend who owned a restaurant with his mom (until she retired) and they were using period too. Ha, I knew it.
Nitpicking aside (I only saw the point because the price is using euros and the euro symbol felt a bit out of place on an old café menu), I have a question regarding the menu: did you write it yourself (with your hand I mean) or did you use a cursive font?
If it's the former, would it be possible to get an alternative texture with a period and price in francs (1 € = 6.57 francs, but if it's an old restaurant, counting inflation, I suppose the price won't get up by 6 times), because this kind of small café feels perfectly at home a couple of decades ago, before France replaced francs with euros and at time before Internet created more links between countries.
If it's the later, which font did you use, so that I can edit the textures when I'll buy the café (or for Street of Paris, because I think it's the same menu)?
(I laughed after seeing the URL because CAF is actually something existing in France too: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caisse_d'allocations_familiales)
Thanks for sharing all the links to these products. I've added most of them to my wishlist!
I too would appreciate some simpler scenes. It makes exporting to an obj to be rendered in Vue mush simpler.
