Cant find installer

Hello, I bought the space expansion kit that says it comes with a bryce installer but i cant find the installer, does anyone know where to find it?

    Yeah i checked there but it wont show up, only the kit

    What dd you buy? That is the only product I could find with a similar name, and I assume that has a download link towards the bottom of the page (it's not a product in my library, so I can't check).

    If you want to post an image you need to atach t or host it on another site - pasting into the post itself doesn't show in the thread, as you can (not) see.

    ohh i tried pasting the image into the post, sorry for them not appearing!

    Here, the product was space construction and it said it came with the installer for bryce buttt it wont show up for some reason

    Have you tried expanding the entries on the product page (clck the right-pointing triangle)? The product page lists instal methods, so there should be files associated with the product in the database. If not this is probably something that needs a Technical Support ticket https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

    And when you click on the name at the left in your Product Library are you  not seeing the installer like this?

    Oh hold on, were you expecting to get an installer for the Bryce application not just the kit? That's not what the store page means - it means that the Space Construction Kit comes with an installer for the kit to be used in Bryce (assuming you already own Bryce 7 Pro).

    For the actual application you need to buy Bryce 7 Pro - you can find it here - currently for 3.29 dollars (or less if you are a DAZ+/Premium member)
