Cribbage Board / Pegs / Card formations

I know this will be completely niche, but I see quite a bit of refs to the usual casino card games such as poker and blackjack. I'll probably have to make this myself (in my Copious Spare Time™), but I would still like to hoist the banner in request of a cribbage board with pegs and (extensible) card formations.
Cribbage: pegboard (two or three sets of sixty holes (30 x 2), an out-hole, and two starter holes behind each 30x2 block). Each player starts with SIX cards (compared to the 5 seen in standard draw poker), picks 2 and discards them into the "crib" which counts for the dealer. Standard 52-card deck no jokers. That's the aesthetic extent of it.
